  • Industry-Leading Frequency: PGA’s proprietary radar frequency works across all bin sizes with a simple, one-minute calibration.
  • Dust & Debris Resistant: Engineered to penetrate through dust and particulate interference for uninterrupted readings.
  • Built for Harsh Environments: Fully weatherproof design ensures reliable performance in extreme conditions.
  • Flexible Communication Options: Multi-output compatibility allows seamless integration with any system.
  • Unmatched Value: The most affordable solution in its class with NO SUBSCRIPTION FEES.

LiDAR Level Sensing for Precision in Every Pulse

  • Optimized for Narrow or Tall Bins: LiDAR excels in bins with limited surface area or high vertical profiles.
  • Laser-Focused Accuracy: Delivers fine-resolution measurements using high-frequency laser pulses, ideal for tracking subtle level changes.
  • Best for Clean, Dry Environments: Performs exceptionally well in controlled conditions with minimal dust interference.
  • Non-Contact & Safe for Grain: Measures from above the product mitigating risk of contamination or wear on moving parts.
  • Faster Response Time: Rapid scanning enables near-instant feedback for precise, real-time monitoring.
  • Compact & Lightweight: Smaller than most other units making it ideal for tight mounting locations or retrofits.
  • Versatile System Compatibility: Multiple output formats allow simple integration into existing monitoring systems.

Grain Gauge Level Indicator
From our grain storage solution partners at the IntelliFarms Northern Division.

  • Highly Visible, Day or Night: The built-in glow-in-the-dark panel ensures clear visibility, even in low-light conditions.
  • Effortless Installation: Installs easily from outside the bin, so no need climb inside your bin.
  • No Power Needed: Fully mechanical design operates without power.
  • Zero Maintenance: Set it and forget it with no upkeep required after installation.
  • Affordable & Proven: A reliable, cost-effective solution trusted for accurate grain level monitoring.

CO₂ Sensor for Early Detection and Smarter Protection

  • Real-Time CO₂ Monitoring: Instantly alerts you to elevated CO₂ levels which is an early warning sign of spoilage, mold growth, or insect activity.
  • Minimal Bin Modifications Required: Simple, installation using our simple brackets mounting directly to the roof of your grain bin.
  • Proven Indicator of Grain Spoilage: While ambient air typically has 350–400 ppm CO₂, stable grain stays within 400–600 ppm. Higher readings signal abnormal biological activity sooner than temperature, odor, or visual checks.
  • Data You Can Act On: CO₂ trends give you valuable insight into grain condition, enabling earlier intervention and reduced losses.

Why CO₂?
Molds and insects are aerobic; they consume oxygen and release CO₂ as they grow. This carbon dioxide builds up in the grain mass and rises into the headspace where our sensor detects this up to 10 - 14 days sooner than temperature increases detected by cable-only monitoring systems.

For best results, ingrate a CO₂ sensor into our affordable cable system to perfectly protect your product.

Phosphine Gas Detection – IN DEVELOPMENT.

  • Safeguard Worker Safety: Detects the presence of phosphine (PH₃) gas used during fumigation alerting you before levels become hazardous or unsellable.
  • Early Warning System: Real-time monitoring helps prevent accidental exposure during grain inspection or bin entry.
  • Simple Roof-Mount Installation: Designed to install easily on the bin’s roof man door, just like our CO₂ sensor minimal structural modifications required.
  • Integrated Alerts: Compatible with PGA’s notification system so you can receive alerts via SMS or email when phosphine is detected above safe thresholds.
  • Peace of Mind During Fumigation: Know exactly when it’s safe to enter the bin after treatment. No guesswork, just clear data.

Why Monitor PH₃?
Phosphine is a toxic fumigant commonly used to control insects in stored grain in hot climactic zones. While effective, it poses serious health risks if not properly managed. Monitoring ensures safety, compliance and peace of mind.
